While in many applications we focus on clean cuts with a distinctive cutting pattern, machine knives and industrial knives for the recycling industry have to meet completely different requirements. Here, the focus is on a robust product design for the cutting solutions to guarantee long and reliable use. Chopping and shredding plastics from household and industrial waste makes up the core. Thanks to our industrial knives and machine knives, this heterogeneous amount of waste is turned into fine granules for further recycling. In addition, we also develop cutting solutions for shredding paper and cardboard.

The plastic granulate produced with our industrial knives is heated and liquefied in the next work step. This liquid plastic strand is portioned for further processing by a special scraper, which we also produce. Here, it is particularly important to choose a suitable material and coating.
