HR Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process - from job advertisement to onboarding
- Creation and management of personnel-related documents
- Support with labor law issues
- Organization of employee appraisals, further training and team events
- Close cooperation with external partners
- Contact person for our employees and managers in all personnel-related matters
- Helping to shape and develop our HR processes, culture and structures
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, HR management, business psychology or comparable commercial training with further HR training
- Several years of experience in the operational HR environment
- Sound knowledge of labor law
- Confident with HR software and MS Office
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and hands-on mentality
- Independent and structured work as well as commitment and resilience
- Assertive with a sure instinct at the same time
- Confidentiality and a high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive topics
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in personnel development, employer branding or change management
- Enjoy further developing HR structures in a growing company
