Your tasks
- Independent order processing for our customers worldwide
- You take care of the entire quotation process from preparation to follow-up, check and record orders and keep an eye on all deadlines
- Advice and support for our customers by telephone and e-mail
- New customer acquisition
- Complaints acceptance and processing
- Master data maintenance of our debtors
- Active support for our internal sales team
Your profile
- Commercial vocational training and initial professional experience in internal sales, ideally in the metalworking industry
- Good technical understanding
- Team-oriented and proactive way of working
- You are familiar with tools such as the Office package and an ERP system
- In addition to German, you also use your good command of English for customer contact
- Conversations on the phone, friendly e-mails and video conferences are your thing
- Your independent way of working and your sales know-how round off your profile
